Westmead common areas, sydney

Located within Sydney's growing Westmead precinct, the common areas were designed to foster connection, comfort, and community within a contemporary Build-to-Rent environment. NUMI Collective was engaged to deliver furniture planning, procurement, sustainable sourcing, artwork curation, custom design elements, and interior styling, creating welcoming shared spaces that enhance the resident experience.

Carefully selected indoor and outdoor furniture, custom artwork, and layered styling elements were brought together to create a cohesive and inviting environment. A bespoke reception desk, supported by 3D visualisation and render development, establishes a strong arrival experience, while thoughtfully curated materials, finishes, and artwork contribute warmth, character, and a distinct sense of place throughout the development.

The result is a refined collection of communal spaces that balance functionality with residential comfort. Through considered planning, procurement, sustainable sourcing, and curated detailing, NUMI Collective delivered an environment that encourages residents to connect, relax, and feel at home.
