PROJECT DESIGNER

  • Eaint is an Interior Designer with a background in architecture and technical documentation. With experience across design development, documentation, and FF&E coordination, she brings a strong technical foundation to the design process.

    Her professional perspective has been shaped by contributing to hospitality and residential projects where careful detailing and coordination are essential. Earlier in her career, she worked as a community architect, an experience that helped her develop a deeper understanding of how people interact with spaces and how design can respond to real human needs. Alongside design thinking, she brings a strong focus on technical accuracy and project organisation, helping translate design concepts into clear, buildable outcomes.

  • Eaint’s approach begins with understanding how a space will be used and how design decisions support both aesthetics and functionality. She believes strong design is built on thoughtful planning, clear documentation, and careful attention to detail.

    With a technical background in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualisation tools, she works at the intersection of creative intent and technical execution. She values collaborative discussions within the team and with consultants to ensure design integrity is maintained while responding to practical project requirements.

  • Eaint is often inspired by spaces where simplicity, materiality, and proportion come together to create a calm and balanced atmosphere. Natural textures, subtle contrasts, and carefully considered lighting are elements she believes can quietly shape the experience of an interior.

  • Eaint also contributes her expertise to pro bono community projects in Myanmar, including the Htain Pin and Yayway cemetery developments. Her work encompassed space planning, detailed drawings, 3D visualisations, scale-model making, and chapel design, reflecting her commitment to creating meaningful and enduring community spaces.
