  • Founded in Melbourne in 2023, NUMI Collective combines decades of expertise with practical operational insight to create authentic, innovative interiors. Led by two female directors with a 20-year age gap and supported by a global team of specialists, we bring diverse perspectives and agile thinking to every project.

    NUMI Collective was founded on connection, collaboration and growth. Our name combines NU (Nguyen) and MI (Mills), symbolising the idea of a "new me" — an evolution shaped with intention. As a collective, we believe the best design is created through meaningful partnerships with our clients, designers, makers and builders.

  • We craft narrative-rich, immersive interiors by combining meticulous brand strategy, conceptual storytelling, and world-class F&B expertise. Each project is designed to captivate visually, resonate emotionally, and leave a lasting impression on guests.
