Designed to Settle In: How NUMI Collective Brought Westmead to Life

NUMI Collective delivered the furniture and styling package for Westmead Build to Rent creating spaces that feel as welcoming as they are considered. The focus was on crafting an environment that residents genuinely want to spend time in. Carefully selected indoor and outdoor furniture work together to enhance comfort, strengthen the connection between interior and exterior spaces, and create a flow throughout the site.

At the heart of the project is NUMI's approach to interiors: blending striking aesthetics with considered design choices where sustainability is paramount. Through intentional texture, considered colour choices and local touches, the styling creates a distinct sense of place where residents feel comfortable and connected. Every layer was chosen with purpose, adding warmth, character and depth.
